Alliance United
Alliance United Launched their foray into League 1 Ontario in 2018 for the Men and 2019 for the Women. In 2024 we are now featuring 6 teams under the Alliance United banner Men’s and Women’s Premier, L2 and U20.
AGES: ADULT
House League
Dependent on the age, all session plans are carefully curated and will include soccer-specific aspects of: dribbling/receiving, moving with the ball, communication/listening, motor skills, shooting, motivation/self-confidence and small sided games.
