MSC offers our adult members a variety of program options!

There are two options for registration - 1. team entry; 2. individual entry
Spots are first come, first serve (both team and individual), so register today as space is limited!
2026/27 Indoor Leagues (October to April)
CO-ED
- Tuesday Night
- Mount Joy Community Centre
- Season is 24 weeks long (October to April)
- All games are 7 v 7 (6 players + a goalie)
- Maximum roster size is 16 players
- Each team must have 2 female players on the field at all time
- Team Fee: $5,800
- Individual Player Fee: $450

OPEN WOMENS
- Game Night: Thursday
- Location: Mount Joy Community Centre
- Season is 24 weeks long (October to April)
- All games are 7 v 7 (6 players + a goalie)
- Maximum roster size is 16 players

OPEN MENS

OVER 35 (Born between 1992 & 1983)

- Location: Mount Joy Community Centre
- Season is 24 weeks long (October to April)
- All games are 7 v 7 (6 players + a goalie)

- Individual Player Fee: $450

OVER 45 (Born 1982+)
- Game Night: Friday
- Location: Mount Joy Community Centre
- Season is 24 weeks long (October to April)
- All games are 7 v 7 (6 players + a goalie)
- Maximum roster size is 16 players
- Each team is allowed 2 under age players plus the goalie can be any age
- Team Fee: $5,800
- Individual Player Fee: $450
