At Markham Soccer Club, we’re excited to offer our TIMBITS players, a fun and engaging soccer program designed especially for toddlers aged 3 and their parents. This is the perfect opportunity to introduce your child to physical activity and the basics of soccer in a playful, supportive environment—while enjoying quality bonding time!
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:
Fun for Toddlers & Parents
You’re part of the action! As a parent or guardian, you’ll actively participate alongside your child, guiding and encouraging them as they explore fun games and activities designed just for little ones.
Soccer Basics Made Simple
We focus on age-appropriate soccer skills like kicking, dribbling, and running—all taught through creative, story-driven games. No experience needed—just lots of enthusiasm!
Build Confidence & Coordination
Help your child develop key motor skills, balance, and coordination while boosting their confidence in a friendly and non-competitive environment.
Social & Emotional Growth
Mini Flash encourages your child to interact with other toddlers, practice teamwork, and start building those early social skills—all while having loads of fun!
Coaching
This program is a parent-volunteer led program. All of our volunteers are provided with the tools and support needed to foster a positive and nurturing learning environment. Parents who volunteer to coach, will receive a $50 discount off the cost of registration.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
- Who: Parents and children ages 3
- When: Week of May 25 to August 10 | Weekly sessions over 12 weeks
- Session Length: 45 minutes
- Session Options: Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at 6:15pm
- Where: Benjamin Marr Park
- Cost: $260 (includes a ball and Markham Soccer uniform for your child)
- What to Bring: Athletic shoes, a water bottle, and lots of energy!
